Our commitment

All Day Recruiting wants every family — and every coach — to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and review new features against that standard as we ship them.

What we do today

• Semantic HTML with native controls, so screen readers and keyboards work as expected.
• Visible focus indicators and keyboard-operable forms, menus, and expandable sections.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG targets, in both light and dark sections.
• Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your device asks for less motion.
• Text that scales with your browser settings, on a site designed phone-first.
• No third-party scripts, pop-ups, or ad content to fight with assistive technology.

Work in progress

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox. Some areas of the site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion, and we fix issues as we find them — or as you report them.

We'll respond promptly, and if you were blocked from something (like a score result or a purchased report), we'll get you the content another way while we fix it.
