A note for your AD

Questions ADs and coaches actually ask
What does the school hand over?
Nothing. There's no roster upload and no student-data transfer — each family signs their athlete up themselves, with parent consent, through your team link. The roster view fills itself as they score.
What do families pay?
Nothing. The score is free for everyone, and the license covers each athlete's full openings board — the same board families normally buy themselves. If a family later wants more from us, that's their own choice on their own account.
How much work is this for my staff?
Texting one link. There are no logins to manage and nothing to enter — coaches get a read-only roster view at their own email, and that's the entire footprint.
Is the score going to be honest, or a sales pitch?
Honest — that's the product. Scores compare each athlete against the real signees at every level, FBS to JUCO, and when the fit isn't there yet the board says so and names the gap. Nobody calls your families, ever.
Can we mention it in our school's marketing?
Saying your program uses All Day Recruiting is fine. The license terms just ask that it not be used in enrollment or athletic-recruiting marketing — that line protects your athletes' eligibility, and we hold it for every school.
