Who we are

All Day Recruiting ("ADR") provides college football recruiting intelligence to athletes and their families at alldayrecruiting.com.

What we collect

• Score submissions:athlete name, position, graduation year, measurables, honors, home state, optional GPA and film link, athlete email (optional), and a parent or guardian email (required). We also keep a salted, one-way hash of the submitting connection's IP address for spam prevention — not the address itself.
• Usage events: first-party analytics about how our own pages are used (page views, funnel steps). No third-party ad trackers, pixels, or analytics scripts — none.
• Purchases: payment itself is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep a record of what was bought, the amount, and the email used at checkout so we can deliver it and honor the guarantee.

Cookies and your browser

No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also collects cookieless, aggregate page statistics for us — visits, page views, top pages, and referrers — with no cookies set and no cross-site tracking; nothing about your visit is shared beyond the host that already serves every page. The only cookies we set are first-party sign-in cookies — for our own staff tools, for parent dashboard accounts, and for team-coach roster access — and none of them follow you around other sites. Your browser also keeps a few things locally on your own device: your score result and board link (so the "My score" and "My board" shortcuts work), a note of how you arrived here (for example a shared card or an ad link) that we use for our own statistics and, when you arrived from one of our own Google ads, to report that click back to Google Ads so we know which ads work — that report carries only Google's own click ID and the time, never your name, email, or your athlete's details, and — if you came through a team link — your team's code. Score results and purchased report boards live at private, unguessable links that are not indexed or listed anywhere.

Minors

The score is for athletes 13 and older (a parent can request one for a younger athlete by emailing us). The parent or guardian is the account holder, controls what appears on any public page, and can request deletion at any time. We never publish an athlete's or parent's email address. If and when we host public athlete pages, any contact from coaches will go through a relay form on our site — never direct contact details.

Service providers

A few companies process data on our behalf, only to run this site: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending our emails), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (site hosting). None of them may use your data for anything else, and we never sell it to anyone.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never send email on your athlete's behalf from our systems.
• We never publish contact details for a minor.

Data deletion

Email ops@alldayrecruiting.comfrom the parent email on file and we'll delete the account, submissions, and any profile data.

Roster data

Program and roster information in our products comes from public sources (school athletic sites, public announcements). Every projection we sell cites the public facts behind it.
